Shipping to Over 200 Countries
We proudly offer international shipping. However, some locations may not be eligible for delivery. If your country is not supported, we will contact you directly.
Lost or Missing Packages
Please ensure that your billing and shipping addresses are correct during checkout. Gecko Crawler is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address.
If an error occurs on our part, we will take full responsibility and ensure the original order is resent at no additional cost.
Customs and Import Duties
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. By placing an order with Gecko Crawler, you consent to possible customs fees upon delivery.

Shipping time varies depending on your location. Estimated delivery times (business days) are:

Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that some free shipping options may not provide tracking.
If your tracking status reads “No information available at the moment”, it can take 2-5 business days for tracking details to update. If more than 5 business days have passed with no update, contact us at support@geckocrawler.com.
Multiple Packages
For logistical reasons, items in a single order may be shipped in separate packages, even if combined shipping is requested.
